Pineapple Consulting Firm specializes in transforming complex data into custom, easy-to-understand dashboards for small businesses. They offer services such as fractional analyst support, data strategy audits, and expertise in Google Looker Studio, aiming to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions. Emphasizing strong client relationships, they serve industries including business coaching, transportation, marketing agencies, and e-commerce.
Challenge
- Pineapple supports clients with multiple data sources and didn’t have an efficient way to get all those data sources transformed into one source of truth.
- They tried extracting and transforming data themselves, but doing so was way too time consuming. Likewise, when they tried using outside developers, it resulted in data quality concerns.
Action
- Connected to each client’s unique data sources and ran everything through BUCS end-to-end data management platform.
- Provided direct access to a variety of data tables, including BUCS standard operational and financial tables, that can be refreshed at the client's discretion through the BUCS Data Feed into Excel.
Result
Enabled Pineapple to efficiently build automated financial and operational KPI dashboards and created additional revenue streams with increased efficiencies.
